What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, the activity proof you upload (photos/screenshots/records), and how you choose to appear on public standings.
Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate region) and cookies needed to run the site.

How we use it
To run your Season: track your streak, verify proof, show standings and the Register.
To process your entry payment and any refunds.
To contact you about your Season (Day 1 instructions, reminders, results) and, only if you opt in, occasional updates.
To keep the challenge fair (detecting fraud or abuse) and to improve the service.

Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles your card/UPI details under its own privacy policy and security standards. We store only what we need to recognise your entry (name, email, phone, order reference).

We use essential cookies to make the site work (e.g. remembering you’ve seen a prompt).

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, for example Razorpay (payments) and our email and hosting providers, and only as needed to run the service.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

Information shown publicly
Your display name, city/region, streak and points may appear on public standings, and your name in the Register on completion. You can ask us to show only initials or a chosen handle (see the Terms, Article 07).

Storage & retention
We store your data securely and keep it only as long as needed to run the challenge, meet legal/accounting obligations, and maintain the Register. You can ask us to delete data we’re not required to keep.
